Since 9-May-2009 VHFDX.INFO is running its own DX-Cluster. You can connect to it using Telnet to vhfdx.info port 7300 , however it's mainly intended to support DX-Sherlock database, real-time propagation maps, propagation warnings by E-Mail and sending VHF&up formatted DX-Spots.
Please notice that connecting using Telnet to VHFDX.INFO DX-cluster so far is not compatible neither with sending DX-Spots using the WEB-Interface nor with VQSpot.
